Home of Origin is an Auckland based, residential building company specialising in high quality, new houses. We are are currently building in the Millwater subdivision of Silverdale, not far from Orewa. 

Each house is unique and designed by Masterplan Architectural Ltd. We are committed to building to the highest standard with attention to every detail.

Our current houses are modelled on the Californian Bungalow which offers the advantages of a new home but retains the character and features of the traditional bungalows.

We are members of the Certified Builders Association and every home comes with the 10 year Certified Builders' Guarantee.
